What is your shop's return and exchange policy?
Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of each piece, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged in any way- please let me know and will be happy to work out a replacement or an exchange for something similar.
Sadly I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you are sending to a correct & secure address!
How long does an order take to ship?
Unless specified on the listing description, please allow at least 3-5 business days for most orders to ship. However during larger drops, it may take up to 8 business days due to the higher volume.
Do you ship internationally?
I do! But please note, I may need to reach out after purchase if the shipping difference is much greater that what was estimated at checkout. Each country and order varies, especially larger delicate items, and they may require extra packaging that adds more width and weight, therefore increasing the price. I will reach out after purchase if that happens.
Help! I placed an order by mistake! Can I cancel it?
Yes! As long as it's not shipped you absolutely can. Just reach out as soon as possible so I can start the refund. Once it's shipped, the sale is final!
Do you accept commissions?
At the moment I'm unable to take individual custom or commission work for ceramics. But if you're in need of any illustration or design work, or have a neat idea for a collaboration or project- I would love to chat!
I have sensitive ears, is the jewelry safe to wear?
Yes! I make sure to use nickel free and hypoallergenic metals for all earrings hooks, jump rings, and clasps. However if you're extra sensitive, I recommend upgrading to sterling silver or gold filled hardware.
My order is wrong! What do I do?
Mistakes happen! We're only human after all. Shoot me an email asap so I can make things right!
